What Is Covered?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur due to manufacturing issues. Examples include:

Faulty components or parts

Errors in assembly or production

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from regular use

Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions

Modifications, repairs, or tampering by unauthorized individuals

Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality

Damage caused by environmental factors, accidents, or external forces

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your BullsArmor product has a manufacturer defect, please follow these steps to initiate your warranty claim:

1. Email Submission:

Send an email to Warranty@BullsArmor.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim – [Your Product Name].” Include the following information:


Your full name


Order ID


A detailed description of the issue


When the issue first occurred


Clear pictures showing the problem

2. Timely Response:

Our warranty team will review your email and respond within 24 hours with next steps.

3. Return & Inspection:

If requested, you may need to send the product to our facility for inspection. Shipping costs for sending the product to us are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notes

Warranty Emails Only: Our warranty claims are handled exclusively via email. Please do not contact customer service for warranty issues, as they cannot process warranty claims.

Inspection Requirement: All warranty claims are subject to inspection to confirm the defect is due to manufacturing and not caused by wear and tear, improper use, or other exclusions.

Approval Required: Refunds, replacements, or repairs will only be provided after a defect is confirmed by our team.
